Kasco is the most vertically integrated company in the world of golf. The company has complete control of all manufacturing processes—clubs, balls and gloves.

All administration staff in every department and subsidiary of the company - including management - have had hands-on training and all are involved in quality control and new developments on the factory floor. President Kamada started life as a craftsman: he believes everyone should have experience of the physical processes of manufacturing and detailed understanding of the products they deal in.

The research department does not work alone. It has constant reference to the materials and equipment used and carries out its experimental work and product testing on-site. Even the offices are so closely interwoven with the factory and laboratories that it’s sometimes hard to tell where one ends and the other begins.
